| In cases of bad water leaks, turn off your water. Your water cut off is located about 6" from the water meter. You may also have a water cut off above ground, next to your house. If you are in the City of Houston, you can call 713-837-0600 for a temporary cut off. | ||||||||||||

In cases of gas leaks, you may call Reliant Energy (formerly Entex) at 713-659-3552 for an emergency cut off. Entex will turn off your gas and remove you meter until you have a city inspection. Entex will not repair any gas leaks. Call Reliant only if necessary! Call your plumber to repair any leaks in your gas system and to obtain your city inspection. |
